FAQ

01Will AI have the ability to change or delete existing data?

No. The AI never changes anything on its own. Each proposed change is shown as a redline, applied only when a person approves it, done with that person's permissions, and can be undone. It never deletes records.

02Who owns the intellectual property of AI-generated content?

Your data remains the exclusive property of your organization at all times. Matrix One and its suppliers do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the data you provide, whether it is input data or output generated through our AI features. This ensures that all intellectual property created through the use of our AI tools continues to belong solely to your company.

03How can we ensure that our organization’s information will not be used to train your AI?

Every AI provider we use (Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock) is bound by a zero data retention agreement. Your data is processed only to answer your request, is never stored by the provider, and is never used to train a model. This covers any information you provide, such as device descriptions or regulatory documentation. Model providers keep nothing. Matrix One stores your conversation history so you can come back to it.

04What information is used to train these AI agents? Is the data we submit stored, shared, or reused?

We do not train or fine-tune any model on your data. Our AI features rely on pre-trained models from Anthropic, Google Gemini and AWS Bedrock, which process input solely to answer your request under a zero data retention agreement, so the providers never store, reuse or train on your data. Matrix One stores your conversation history so you can come back to it. For further legal details, please consult our Terms of Use, available on our website or upon request.
